Our refund and returns policy:

As it stands at Floralsbyhums due to the custom nature of each handcrafted bouquet we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of minds

However:

If there is an issue with delivery or transit or any other issues regarding the quality of the bouquet please contact us via Email or Whatsapp so we can deal with the issue accordingly and come up with an appropriate solution within close timing to receiving the bouquet.
