We use next day postal services to maximise freshness of the fresh flowers, our next day tracked for and signed shipping starts from £16 and can range to £25 depending on weight and especially for Saturday deliveries and tracking will be updated and sent as soon as it is dispatched.
Our fresh bouquets come in fresh water aqua packs and please store them away from direct sunlight and trim the stems slightly before placing in the vase & change the water frequently. A free fresh flower food sachet is provided.
We do not deliver for monday's or sunday's - if you require delivery for either of those days please Email or Whatsapp us and we can discuss further.
Missed deliveries - if for any reason you are not available when delivery is attempted they will reattempt delivery the following day however please do bare in mind this adds an extra day to the freshness of the flowers so please ensure someone is available to sign for the delivery on your expected delivery date.
When purchasing - please select the date you would like to receive the florals on and we will dispatch the day prior.
We do offer collection - but please contact us before purchasing if you would prefer collection from SE LDN in ERITH - near slade green station.
